At Tapo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If you are not happy with your device, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Tapo account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund without restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your exchange unit within 5 to 7 business days.
